In the spring of 2022, we will be manufacturing furniture for the Maison des Aînés de Beloeil. This 96-unit project consists of manufacturing rooms for patients, caregivers, work stations and furniture for common areas. All of the high-end furniture is custom-made according to the architectural firm’s specifications.

In recent years, we have decided to abandon the residential furniture sector by attrition in favor of the commercial and institutional furniture sector. A growing demand in this sector has led us to reorient our manufacturing towards custom-made furniture for the hotel industry, institutional or governmental sectors, seniors’ residences, CHSLDs, general contractors and daycare centers.
More investments!
Two years after investing 1/2 million in equipment and layout, we are investing nearly 3/4 million. The investment includes new numerical control equipment, a more automated design system and a new plant layout.
This will allow us to double our production capacity and speed. Our processes from design to manufacturing are state of the art thanks to a large computerization of our processes and automated equipment.
3D design is transferring more easily than ever to digital equipment. The information is transferred to the workstations at the same time. Errors are minimized and production times are reduced.
The new production capacity will allow us to produce commercial furniture, hotels and senior residences in larger series or to make unit lots at competitive prices for smaller projects.
